This Toning Lotion with Neroli, Bitter Orange Petitgrain, and Sweet Orange Essential Oils, enriched with Green Tea Extract and Glycerin, moisturizes and prepares the skin for further treatments.

the bottle was not brand new.

I am giving a 5 star for the product itself. Love the product.the 4 star is for the state in which it arrived. there were a couple of dents and knocks on the bottle. the plastic bottle was by itself, not in a box. It was in a bubble wrap, so that is understandable. however, the scratch on the top corner doesn't look like it occurred inside a bubble wrapped envelop.also, the pump was already "released" I could just pump out contents without having to twist it open, like i normally would for a new unused bottle. the inside of the bubble wrap was completely dry. meaning there is no spillage. this makes me conclude it was already twisted open and used before being put into the bubble wrap.Did not bother to return it because the bottle looks at least 95% full and I wanted to avoid the hassle of exchanging a bottle.
